Inspired by 50s fashion and Pulp Art, I created my first Monster Girl for a 'spooky' illustration assignment in art school and it quickly turned into a series. First was my zombie - I always want to create something beautiful but I wanted to give this piece a grotesque twist. What could be funnier and more horrid than a zombie with flesh falling off her face fixing her makeup?
